汤底是江鱼仔汤，里面放了大量的树仔菜，所以喝起来非常的香而不油腻 ... 最短等待时间至少45分钟，有时还要等上一个小时多

Tried the Pan Mee here and it was quite good. The noodles are freshly made and cooked just right — slightly firm, not too soft. They use mani cai and the pork slices are very tender.

The pan mee without shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, and minced meat takes an hour from order to serving.

The Pan Mee was decent, but the preparation took quite a long time. While it might be worth the wait for some, unfortunately, it wasn’t for us. However, the service was warm and friendly.
