Visited on 26th around 3.45pm. Owner is friendly. You may choose to visit if you have additional time in your time in Ipoh, as it takes about 10-15 minutes grab ride from the central area.

A legendary spot in Pasir Pinji with over 40 years of history! The peanut soup (花生糊) is incredibly smooth and aromatic, and pairing it with their mochi (麻芝) is the absolute perfect match (绝配).

As someone from Ipoh, I’ve loved their peanut sweet soup (花生糊) since I first tried it 8–9 years ago—it used to be incredibly rich and satisfying! However, my visit today was disappointing.

Extremely small portion extremely high price,taste is terrible, a real tourist trap. Rm4 per box, 10 piece mah chee, first time i buy mahchee can count how many pieces given. Peanut soup 15 spoon finish.

I can't remember my last visit here but this small stall has been here like forever. There are some concrete benches for dine-in. Only 2 items on the menu...peanut paste and traditional muachi (mochi).

It tastes completely different from what kids eat! It ruins my sweet childhood memories. The peanuts are burnt, rough to the touch, and have no sweetness. The mua cheese pieces are huge! A complete failure!

Rm4 for ma chee ... Wow.... So "cheap"... The chee mah wu: taste plain.. PLS REINSTATE YOUR GRAND GRAND GRAND Parent's STYLE if you still want to continue this business.

LOVE THEIR muah chee mix into the peanut paste. Paste is SOOOO smooth! Their muah chee peanut is crushed manually. Learnt that they are 4th generation! Amazing!

4-6Oct 2024 no open！All the way here from KL, came here for 3 days, still not open. There are no any sign that mentioning it is close. I would suggest at least put some notice if not operating or sold out, at least everybody come for you…

My friends and I enjoyed their mochi so much so that we went back the 2nd day before heading home. The boss recommended to dip our mochi inside peanut paste & it doesn’t disappoint us at all.
