If you want to stay open until 8 PM, you should prepare enough food for your customers. When I arrived, I was told that only roasted chicken and chicken were left. When we wanted to order, we were told that only chicken was available.

Hair was found in the soup at Chang Shu Restaurant in Ipoh East, raising serious concerns about hygiene. The staff claimed it was leftover food from the herbal soup that wasn't properly cleaned.

Came for lunch at 12pm. Although was greeted with loud welcome upon walk in but we're serve with no smiles. Lady talking order has attitude problem. Taking order in such rush manner, many staff constraint.

Such yummilicious char siew and Noodles. The caramelisation was so well done it's sinful. Tender bites with just the right portion of lean and fat. The Siew York was not as good as I found it too fatty tho the skin was crispy.

I can't understand what the staff was doing. We went in and were already seated, but they still came over to ask how many people were in our group. After we moved seats once, I thought it was okay.

Ipoh area. There was hair in the soup; the staff said it was in the medicinal herbs. If there was hair in the herbs, didn't you notice it when you washed it? Or did you not wash it at all?

Came here twice already and the service is still as fast. The atmosphere is comfortable and even has AC to fight through the hot heat especially during lunc hour.

Char siew is very good...on the fatty side. Roast pork is alright with crispy skin but char siew is the star. There's also the usual bean sprouts side dish. Free soup povided. Pleasant aircon environment.

Excellent chicken, bean sprouts, char Siew, Siew yuk and many other choices. Comfortable air-conditioned Chinese restaurant. I will definitely return to try other house specialties recommended by the lady boss.

The lady who takes order has a very bad service attitude, shouting and not friendly. If taking order is so hard for her, just give a choice to order with QR codes. Food are disappointing as well, mostly fat and minimal lean portion.
