This newly opened Chinese restaurant at Jalan Fettes area is specialised braised meats (鹵水）. It also indicates that it is operated by the group who runs the Hong Xin No.1 Dim Sum Restaurant at Prescient 10.

说实在，价格有点小贵。猪脚套餐的肉少得可怜（看图），靠的是白饭来充分量。至于白鸡叉烧饭，亦是如此。叉烧刻意切成小薄片制造分量假象，白鸡斩成小块，导致每一口都能吃到鸡骨碎片，真的扫兴至极。
