Never fail to patron this place when In Penang. I grade them the best economy fried mee hoon mee in town It always serve in freshly fried & crunchy bean sprouts, the secret recipe is the add on gravy complete the serving

Still amazing after 30+ yrs. I always make the pilgrimage to this stall when in Penang. The lady is older but she is still cooking here. This stall is known as the Chung Ling High School fried bee hoon stall.

The noodles here is 9/10 depends if people who do not like bean sprouts then its not your taste. Some people like it with the sauce (Lor) which makes the noodles wet and soft and some like it dry. Lately they have side dishes to go along.

经济实惠，不错吃。第一次试了有淋卤汁的经济炒米粉，蛮新鲜的，可以选择不加。辣椒也不错。配料可以选择加斋鹅，还是萝卜糕也不错。

All time favorite, my grandma always like to pack for my recess time. I can eat two packs of mee without the “lor” as I like it to be dry instead of wet. The coffee is nice, but May be a little bit to sweet for others.
