Kampung Melayu Nasi Kandar is located in a couple of ground floor shoplots inside a low-income apartment building in a working class neighborhood. Parking is hard to find in the area, so we had to park out on Jalan Pisang Raja and walk in.

The food is delicious, and there are many dishes to choose from. For foreign tourists, ordering can be a bit challenging because it may be difficult to know what type of curry each dish is.

Taste is very good, always long que during meals hour. The ayam goreng bawang is their signature, taste real good. Their curry not so spicy, suitable for those can't take spicy food. It cost RM24 for 1 ayam goreng bawang plus 1 sotong.

This NKKM is bad, the onion chicken is really on, the shop is not stingy at all, they give a lot of fried onions, all the sauces have enough flavor, only if it's spicy
