A hidden gem that is only known to locals, Yaw’s Roast & Grill runs their business from their home. It feels like exactly like having a meal at a person’s house without being creepy.

Yaw's Roast & Grill is dad's friend's brother's restaurant. The homely style is similar to 43 Cafe . It has a very cozy rain forest themed environment right in the gardens of the owner's home and everything is prepared in his own kitchen.

Went two weeks ago, 2 pax ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu and Grilled Fish. Both dishes had issues, the salad from grilled fish had a caterpillar (still alive btw) among the leaves…

Had the Hainanese chicken , every bite into it was delicious! The lamb was soft and juicy (sorry no picture). I was contemplating to order the pies too and totally regret as I walk to my car and i couldnt forget the smell of it.

Located in a quiet residential area. One may miss it unless you ate vigilant when approaching the place. Food wise is up to expectations. Seated in the garden area, it can a bit dark but the atmosphere is quite relaxed.
