New China-style braised pork knuckle and roasted meat rice. We had roasted pork rice, white chicken and char siew rice and extra braised egg. Each plate came with half an egg, blanched vege, pickled vege and slices of fish cake.

Honestly, the price is a bit high. The pork knuckle set meal had a pitifully small amount of meat (see picture), relying on white rice to make up for the lack of quantity. The same goes for the white chicken and char siu rice.

Still dreaming about this 🐷ka rice 3 weeks later! 🌶️❤️ Their chili is absolutely addictive, I could eat buckets of rice with it! My first try was takeaway, and the portion was so generous I was completely stuffed...

Bravo! I have never been more delighted by a chinese restaurant. The pork knuckle was so tender and delicious and the roasted belly was done to perfection! Even as simple as TOFU was such a great experience, i am so glad that i came here.

This newly opened Chinese restaurant at Jalan Fettes area is specialised braised meats (鹵水）. It also indicates that it is operated by the group who runs the Hong Xin No.1 Dim Sum Restaurant at Prescient 10.

OMG, indeed is a pleasant surprise. All the dishes we ordered were yummy. 4 different dishes, pork belly, chasiu, chicken and duck are all good. The portion is indeed big.

The price is the same, but the portion size is getting smaller. The braised pig's feet are also dry and tough, and the taste isn't as good as before.
