⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ipoh Lucky Restaurant Had a lovely lunch with really good food. Special thanks to a dear friend for hosting us! The opulent porridge, fish kwayteow soup, kampung chicken, jumbo prawns, and vegetables were delicious! Ps.

Very delicious meal with fresh seafood ie crabs, prawns, pomfret, abalone. The prawn and crab noodle was the best. Has wok hei. The seafood was luxurious. However, it was quite expensive ie over RM100 per pax.

October 20, 2025. This was my first time dining here, and the owner was very friendly. He recommended some dishes that didn't disappoint. The prices were good value, and I'd definitely come back to try his other specialties.

Like their fried fish, fresh and perfectly cooked. The fishballs, crabmeat hor fun, fried prawn wontons, Sang Har noodle, bao Siew yuk all are nice too. Friendly boss. Service is fast and good

Ordered the 天下第一粥 and some other dishes, and the bill came up to RM400+. But it's very much worth it imo with all the fresh seafood and ingredients. Service is friendly and fuss free.

The lunch for three in Ipoh cost RM309.30. I felt a bit ripped off (mainly because the owner only said it was chicken soup when we took the order, without specifying what ingredients were included or the price).

The soup base was a pleasant surprise, bursting with umami and garlic flavor 👍 The prawns were huge, all the ingredients were very fresh, and the owner was very friendly.

Love the crab porridge. Very yummy. Though it will be too salty by the time it gets cold. But the crab is so sweet.
