The claypot chicken rice was delicious — not overly salty, dark, or oily. Even with salted fish, the rice was well balanced.

The clay pot chicken rice was great, very fragrant and not too salty. The chicken was very tender and well flavored too. Lapcheong was just nice, wasn’t too sweet or hard to chew.

This is my go to place when I crave claypot chicken rice. It is the best claypot rice in Ipoh, and perhaps the whole of Malaysia. It is always perfectly done and really tasty. I have tried several other places but nothing has come close.

Very good claypot rice because rice 粒粒分明, not wet and sticky at all. reasonable price (~RM10 per person). A little bit of waiting time but that's okay
