Kedai Kopi Kong Lean at Balik Pulau. So much craze about this duck egg kaya and roti bakar that have us going all the way to try it out. After trying we found the kaya very delicious and the roti is so crispy !

Situated far from Georgetown journey 2 hrs plus. It's small fisherman village shop. Order Kopi bread toast half boil eggs which took 15 mins. Parking need to park on side road limited.

We came here because we read that it has duck egg kaya toast. Was pleasantly surprised that there’s live music and even the customers were invited to sing. So it turned out to be a very lively and interesting kopi shop.

I came here for a quick bite. Randomly ordered the char koay Teow and fried oyster omelette because it's the only stall opened. Boy was I underestimated this stall. The char koay teow was so good.

Do not visit this place during weekends as it will be packed with cyclist and there will be no place to sit. Overall, the duck egg pandan kaya toast is good compare to other typical kopitiam's toast.

Great old school type place for tea and food! Though wished the scones had options for jam and the lemon curd was separate served. Also the Kaya butter toast could be a bit more flavorful. Other than that - cool place for breakfast.

CKT only available in the weekend. RM8 without seeham and no wok hei, really soso. The toast waa good in the weekday, during weekend due to crowd the kaya/butter wasn't thick enough. Kopi sabun is rich, i love it.

A small place near fishing village, limited menu but the toast bread and coffee were great. Have the option noodles from a stall next door. No live band performing then.
