Finally we managed to come to take this famous beef koay teow, Loo Beef Noodle in Penang. They are still operating the other stall at OO Cafe on Carnavon St. So much more pleasant here compared to the other place.

Delicious hearty bowl of beef noodles! Broth is rich yet smooth, packed with flavour from slow cooked beef stock, not too oily or 'jelak'. Intestine and meat is well cleaned. Ordered extra tendon and was given a generous portion.

The beef offal rice noodle soup was very flavorful, and the offal was cleaned very well without any gamey smell. The portion size was just right, though not overwhelmingly so.

Ordered the medium size bowl and added 2 ringgit for the dry version costing a total of 18 ringgit. Kway teow was infused with the taste of the fried garlic that lavishly covered the kway teow.

There are beef noodles by different countries, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai..etc but this is one beef noodle taste that I cannot get anywhere else but here. Maybe other states in Malaysia might have it too, I don't know.

I've had a lot of beef noodles or beef soup before, and I thought it wouldn't be anything particularly amazing, but I fell in love with it after just one bite! The flavor is hard to describe, but it's unforgettable! Highly recommend it!

Looking for breakfast on Google Maps and found this recommended by a local. Forgot the name of the menu, but EVERYTHING was yummy 🤯🫶🏻. It was quite a 30 minute wait because it was still early, I think they were still cleaning up.

White coffee with ice costs 4.6 MYR, and a small portion of beef kway teow costs 14 MYR. I saw in previous photos that kway teow was 9 MYR, and it's now 14 MYR. The kway teow tastes normal, but it's generously filled with meat.

For me this is the best beef noodle in Penang. Flavourful bowl of beef noodle. Just need to pay for parking and drinks order is compulsory. Very hot when having lunch.

The beef was soft and tender, soup was rich and full of flavor. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s expected for a tourist spot.

It's now a stall inside oo cafe. The beef kway teow soup probably accounts for 50% or more of the business. Many people come specifically for it.

The coffee shop was rather hot and stuffy. But ultimately my goal was to eat my Beef Noodles. Soup clear n not oily, plus point.
