Restoran Pen Mutiara serves traditional Malay cuisine, and its signature dish is the Kari Kepala Ikan. Served in a large claypot, the fish head curry also contains okra, tomatoes, chili peppers, onions and scallions.

We came here with a large family group. We ordered fish head curry, fish curry, fried battered squid, butter prawns, stir-fried kailan, omelette, ulam set and siakap 3 rasa.

Fish curry has very good taste and the portion is enough for 2-3 people even for the small size. Sotong sambal petai also very nice. Recommended to come with a group as the food portions are quite large.
