Got myself a mentaiko shio pan and a salted caramel latte to try.
The shio pan was firmer than expected and the surprise was the melted butter inside.
Not sure why the cream inside the beignet is not as dark coloured as the topping.

I found Kwason Boulangerie on Google Maps while searching for cafés within walking distance from the cruise terminal. After picking up food gifts from Ghee Hiang, we walked further down Beach Street and that’s where we found Kwason.
