Best Tom Yam Noodle in Penang

Noodles in a Thai-style broth balanced between sour, spicy and savoury, loaded with prawns, squid and mushrooms. A taste carried down from the north of the peninsula, leaning sweeter and creamier the further south the stall happens to sit.
