Okay, fine, the staff's attitude is bad, but... How is this how you make kaya puffs? The skin is thicker than my dough, and there's barely any kaya. One bite and it's all crispy skin.

Dependable Ipoh bakery turning out solid fresh bakes throughout the day. Walk in at the right time and the aroma alone does the selling. The standout is their siew bao.

This shop serves the BEST kaya puff, period. I have tasted and tried many different versions. This is simply the best. The kaya used is the traditional orange coloured version. The crust is thin and crispy. You would have to eat it fresh.

The small kaya puff was below expectations. The filling was quite stingy while the pastry was overly thick making the overall taste rather disappointing.

Their pineapple tart was very okay-ish. Have tasted way better tarts. The peanut cookies also very normal. Was expecting more. Somewhat dry and plain taste. Both chocolate tart & original pineapple tart taste the same.

I picked up some pomelo from here and they were really good! 🥭 Sweet and juicy, just how I like them. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. 😋🍊 So fresh!

There are many options, and although they are said to be freshly baked, whether they taste good or not is subjective. It's recommended to buy one to try before ordering more.

Perfect place to hide in the air-conditioned coffee and enjoy a cendal or ice cream. Super close to cucumbers street.
