We ordered three different meats to try. This stall used pretty lean cuts of meat for the satay. Though there weren’t any fats, the satay skewers weren’t dry or chewy. Very nicely grilled actually.

The Satay stall is not to be missed. The richly marinated meat is grilled perfectly over charcoal, tender and moist served together with the tasteful peanut sauce.

The chicken satay here is smoky from the charcoal grill with tender meat that stayed juicy inside and a slight crisp on the edges. The peanut sauce was thick, nutty and just sweet enough to complement the satay without overpowering it.
