Instead of the word Classic, the more suitable term to describe about Seng Thor Coffee Shop is Nostalgic. This coffee shop is known to Penangite since childhood. Most of the stalls here had been operating for few decades.

Seng Thor Coffee shop is located at at the junction of Carnarvon Street and Kimberly Street, which is at the heart of Georgetown. This coffee shop looks like it’s been around for ages!

Kedai Kopi Seng Thor (成都旅社) is a coffee shop at the corner of Carnarvon Street (Lebuh Carnarvon) and Kimberley Street (Lebuh Kimberley). There are several hawker stalls here. The Lor Mee dish here is mediocre at best.
