What you are paying for
The Sifu Pass is a digital pass priced at RM 29 for one year, charged
once. It unlocks premium curated picks, gem notes, and member features on
Makan Sifu. The free guide stays free. The Pass is the layer on top.
7-day refund window
If the Sifu Pass is not what you expected, email [email protected] within 7 days
of payment and we will refund the full amount. No questions, no forms, no
retention call.
After 7 days
Past the 7-day window, payments for the current subscription year are
non-refundable. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid
for. We do not pro-rate partial years.
No auto-renewal
The Sifu Pass is a single charge for one year. It does not renew
automatically and we do not store your card. When the year is up, access
simply ends until you choose to buy again. There is no recurring billing to
cancel.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment
processor. Banks and card networks typically take 7 to 14 business days to
show the credit. E-wallet and FPX refunds are usually faster.
