Recommended by CNNGO, this hokkien mee should have a solid taste to garner such recognition. Located at the end of Jalan C.Y. Choy and intersect with Jalan Magazine, it is a stand alone stall which sells hokkien mee only.

September 25 prawn noodles: nice balanced stock ... you taste prawn not prawn shell sountrack: 60s retro mandarin note: the occasional unpleasant odour may waft past [nearby drain perhaps] ymmv ..............................................

You can choose noodles, rice noodles, or a combination of both. The soup base can be braised broth, pork rib broth, or a mixture of both. Meat options include pork intestines and pork ribs. If you don't add meat, there's only one egg.

February 3, 2026 – my fifth visit in eight years. The soup base of (Qiaotou) was milky and rich, lingering on the lips; while (888) perfectly highlighted the sweetness of the seafood, rich yet refreshing, a guilt-free experience.

First mouth of prawn soup made me want more, we got the prawn noodle bee hoon and the broth is absolutely rich and delicious. They use a small prawn but still super flavourful. Generous portion with bean sprout, egg.

Best prawn noodles I have ever eaten. I have been there many times and it is always top notch. The soup has the right amount of flavour. It is such a treat to eat. They are extremely kind and the service is incredible.

Authentic prawn noodles with delicious, rich, and savoury broth! I added pork ribs for RM4 as it does not come with any pork ribs but it is worth it! The pork was tender and juicy and elevated the dish even more!

This is my go-to place for Hokkien noodles because it's closest to my home and the food is pretty good. People say it has a smelly environment, but I haven't noticed it.

White coffee + a bowl of noodles (yellow noodles and rice vermicelli) cost 11.8 MYR. The taste was quite good; the coffee wasn't too sweet, which was just right for me. I came back around 11:30 and they said they only had shrimp soup left.

I arrived on Sunday at 11.30am and were the last few customers as they are sold out for the day. The soup is flavourful and comforting but is slightly spicy. I also added the pork ribs, it’s very tender!

The noodle soup is very rich with a strong dried shrimp flavor, and the spare ribs in the toppings are also very flavorful. If you want to try it, you should come early, as it usually sells out by morning.
