I always believe when nyonya dishes are concerned, what came to mind are the tao eu bak, tuu tor t’ng, lor bak or tuu ka Chor. Just can’t believe there are some who removed these porky things from their menu just to oblige another group of people!

Nyonya seems to be popular in Penang and there are many to choose from. We tried Niang as someone recommended that the perut ikan is very good. The perut ikan is indeed delightful. Hong bak was so so and so was the otak otak.

For a small island like this, the food must be pretty good. As a young Chinese person, my initial motivation for coming to Penang was the city's reputation as a culinary capital.

Enjoyed the food and decor here. Can’t say service was top notch. The Pai Tee (RM22 for 6) was so yummy that we ordered seconds. Maybe also cos’ we were hungry.

surprisingly good. A lot of niang for nyonya food. Make sure going to the right ones. The soups are good. Rice is white rice. Roughly rm28-48 per dish.

Food was overall pretty solid, no major complaints, one of the newer Nyonya restaurants in George Town. 15% off on Mon-Wed was a pleasant surprise. Made reservations before coming.
