Tried the Pan Mee here and it was quite good. The noodles are freshly made and cooked just right — slightly firm, not too soft. They use mani cai and the pork slices are very tender.

The pan mee without shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, and minced meat takes an hour from order to serving.

The Pan Mee was decent, but the preparation took quite a long time. While it might be worth the wait for some, unfortunately, it wasn’t for us. However, the service was warm and friendly.

I waited almost half an hour for two servings of noodles! The taste was okay, but the main problem was there was hair in them! It was disgusting.
