I have been a regular at Ka Bee (previously known as Kar Bee) for over 10 years since introduced by my dad's diving friends. To me, it serves the best fish noodles in town.

Kar Bee in Penang remains my favourite clear soup fish head noodle spot. I usually pair it with deep-fried mantis prawn for extra flavour. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years since its old wooden, no air-conditioning days.

I had fried fish with minced meat soup and thick rice noodles. I personally felt that the fish pieces were coated with too much flour, so I couldn't taste the freshness of the fish.

The food was amazing! The fish and prawn were all so fresh that you can taste the natural sweetness! The broth was very thick and pairs very well with the noodles. Fair price for fresh seafood.

Good restaurant for soup and fried seafood. We tried both the tom yum and clear broth, both of which didn't leave a strong impression on me. However, I really enjoyed the flavor of the pork balls.

Been to coming to Ka Bee since 5 years ago. Standards have always been good. You can tell the food is good when 80% of the customers are locals. Would recommend the standard set fish soup with fish balls and mince meat.

Found this place by chance and turned out to be super good! The soup was very flavourful and amount of meat was generous. We ordered the signature soup base and tomyum base, both with ee mee, fried fish and minced meat.
