This is very local and homey style, like eating at your grandma's (if your grandma kept it real simple!). It's definitely local style, no fancy stuff at all. Think basic, no frills.

这家大山脚老字号传统潮州式煮炒店，是很多大山脚人情怀和回忆。来到才刚开店，点菜阿姨很有礼貌介绍招牌菜：韭菜花炒豆干RM10（这盘一点也不马虎，古早味里少不了经典猪干，鱿鱼圈，肉片，鱼丸，虾仁）也点了我最爱的石班鱼肉 RM100每100克（选择地道的潮州蒸煮法）。阿姨看我一人吃，点了两盘也阻止我点别的菜色，怕我吃不完。饭后还送上龟苓膏，好吃

Kochabi chu char that has been around for a long time. Ordered a few of their signature dishes & it's quite good. Flavours are simple & not too overpowering. Everything is just nice. A good place for a simple good meal.
