Chettiar's Tiffin Cafe opens at 8 a.m. in Penang's Little India enclave – perfectly timed for my dosa breakfast with a side of Vadai. The dosas were crispy yet not oily, and the sambars and chutneys were delicious.

The moment we enter the restaurant, we feel good with the ambiance – clean, friendly staff and the nice music. A good place to catch up with friends where you can sit down and chit chat. The taste of the food was great too.
