Located in complex food court. Many dishes and restaurants to choose. A lot of families choose to eat here. We tried dim sum and its pretty good, not served at reasonable price. Most people order drinks with hot tea, basic drink here.

Having previously eaten at Maxim Pekaka branch, my first experience at this branch revealed a few differences: the dim sum wrappers were quite sticky, and the chili sauce was significantly spicier.

We came to coco island to try some seafood. But they only open at night. So we try what they have there and it's this place. The dimsum is ok and the price also reasonable.

Went on a Monday 11.30am. Some of the dimsum are from frozen as the dishes we ordered need time to "heat up", but still tasty overall.
