Sany started from a small hawker in 1992 and now they’ve upgraded to a bigger space with an open kitchen and proper sitting area. Sany is known for its gravy because of the special sauce that they use.

Apparently, Sany Char Koay Teow is a popular destination for Char Koay Teow regardless of ethnic as attested by its crowd. The Char Koay Teow here can be ordered as biasa (regular) or special (more noodles and prawns). Taste wise? Not bad for us, at least.

If there are 10 street food stalls I will remember Penang for, this stall is definitely one of the 10. Its unique wet CKT ( CKT Basah or Special) is very very good. We all ordered the special ones which has cockles and 4 large ones prawns.

This is the original or main shop of Sany CKT. The taste is is much better than the other one along the main road from the airport. Clearly the better option. Update: Operation hours 7pm to 2 pm everyday.
