⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tried their signature grouper steamboat and I can see why it’s a favorite among locals. The ingredients were fresh — especially the fish slices and handmade fish balls — and everything was served neatly and quickly.

Sawara Restaurant presents itself as a Chinese steamboat restaurant, as introduced by the attentive waiter during our visit. The concept is fairly straightforward — classic hotpot offerings with a selection of sides and cooked dishes.

The steamboat is delicious, with a fish-based broth and a variety of tempting dishes. Just a suggestion: order a steamboat portion for two, which can feed four people. The portions are quite large.
