Seng Thor Coffee Shop is an old-school coffee shop that offers a wide variety of well-loved hawker fares. Among the highlights here is the Loh Mee stall, which has been in brisk business since day one.

Everyone was eating this thick-sauced noodle dish, so I had to try it! Turned out to be Penang-style Lor Mee , took some getting used to as the first few mouthfulls were rather bland! The lor bak was the highlight!

Last Friday I accidentally took a photo of this “THOR” kopitiam and received many many good comments especially “LOR MEE” . Once heard Lor Mee I sure go kisiaoing liao (because I love sticky stuff). So this morning I took the initiative to come early to Kedai Kopi Seng Thor.
