Anyway, my regular oh chien place in Penang is the stall at Kedai Kopi Bee San in Ayer Itam. But during my recent trip to the island, I asked Penang boys Ken and Bok to take me for oh chien at Kedai Kopi Seng Thor on Lebuh Carnarvon.

While my grandparents have passed on some two decades ago, their favorite oh chien place at Kedai Kopi Seng Thor on Lebuh Carnarvon is still going strong.

I have been to the stall in Seng Thor coffeeshop with my family and visitors a few times. The owner, Mr Lim has been frying Oh Chien for over fifty years after inheriting from his father.
