This version sold at the hawker stalls opposite SJK (C) Shang Wu in Ayer Itam, Penang, is one of my favourites — under-rated Penang hawker dish, if you ask me.

Here is where I get my favourite Popiah, Kochabi Roti Bakwa (70s theatre style) and Indian mee goreng. Crab Meat Popiah is RM2 sebatang. All found at the Shang Wu Hawker Stalls.

been here since I was a child hahah. The environment is not that sanitary as there are flies around and just directly beside the road so per expected. However the food, like wan tan mee, mee goreng/pasembur, curry mee are all nice.
