I’m very disappointed with the condition of our delivery, Almost all of the our biscuits arrived crushed, and the boxes were badly dented. 80% of my order are crushed.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I like mooncakes, so I went there prepared for bad service based on reviews, but it was still unpleasant. They wouldn't let me buy what I wanted.

Ordered online, the biscuits were of very bad quality. Don't buy them, really. I originally wanted to buy Zhong Hanyuan's biscuits but didn't order online, so I tried Yuanxiang instead. They're utterly dishonest merchants.
