This eatery usually sells out by 2 PM; when I went, they were almost out of food, so it seems they're quite expensive. It's located in the Yummy Cottage food complex; you'll see it on the right side from the entrance.

I prefer my chicken rice with less dark soy sauce over top but overall this place has decent chicken rice. The cashier and the cook are really friendly, greeted me right when I arrived and showed much appreciation when I left. Nice people!

For breakfast, we tried the Hainanese chicken rice. The pieces were quite generous. And the chili sauce was delicious with the Hainanese chicken. There was also cha shou beef.

Really well cooked succulent chicken with yummy rice and sauces served with a bit of sprouts and cucumber. Is a popular place and usually sells out by 2pm. Great food and service.
