I have been patronising Minah Restaurant since the 70s when we were living across the street near to the old aquarium. My parents loved Malay cooking, so we were influenced since young.

There are a lot of delicious choices here. I like it because it has several types of kerabu (salad) such as mango, winger bean and bean sprout. The fried chicken is also freshly prepared and delicious.

Highly recommended place for a proper Malay meal in Penang. This restaurant had been operated for many years and one of my go-to place when craving for Malay food. Price a bit high but worth every penny spends.

If you’re looking for something different i.e other than nasi kandar, this is the place to go. Wide variety nasi lauk kampung style and they are very tasty. As usual, finding a car park in Penang can be quite challenging.

They offer variety of dishes selections where you can visit frequently without getting bored. Their sirap bandung really impressed me which I highly recommended. Finding a parking space is very challenging.

This place is gold. Really nice nasi melayu and it's really reasonably priced. Service is superb. Really friendly. The kari ikan is a must try and their sup also is amazing. The fried chicken is really nice.
