The laksa, though a tad short of mackerel bits, and spring rolls deserves 5*. The spring rolls must be dipped into the soup quickly and dap with chilli sauce.

Laksa with Michelin awards for 2024 & 2025! I would say those coming from outstation where laksa Penang is uncommon then you'll probably love this laksa!

:::dec24 1] white curry mee ... lightweight broth ... neither santan nor curry spice led ... not a failure if you think "prawn noodles on steroids" ... worked for me 2] wan dao tou assam laksa ... always been the mainstay of this kopitiam .

Used to like this eatery when food was authentic. After being awarded with Michelin star, laksa broth and “ambrah” juice watered-down. The CKT stall remains the good standard. Unfortunately won’t come back for their laksa.

三味咖啡 is a must try. Asam laksa is nice. Too bad we didn’t manage to get the last piece of popiah. 炒粿条 also not bad. Go earlier so you get the chance to try most of the food before they are sold out.

Restaurant name is Wan Dao Tou Assam Laksa. Michelin star restaurant. Very delicious laksa and Char Kuew Tiew.

Old school coffee house....just come to try the assam laksa but found the char kuey teow was a huge surprise, tasted excellent!!
