The vendor sets his stall here in the evening. His stall is a converted tricycle. The char koay kak is really excellent. The sauce he uses must be good. The koay kak is slightly crunchy and yet the inside is soft, which it should be.

Intense flavour from this char koay kak; smoky near-burnt char goes well with the soft texture. Recommend wearing face mask while in queue; smoke from the pan may irritate lungs.

This is by far really the best char kuey kak I have ever had. Flavourful and the wok hei is just at its best.
