Run by a true Thai lady that has been localized for many years, it’s really easy to overlook Min Jiang Coffee Shop when passing by Air Itam Road. This Thai Tomyam noodle is one of the few stalls in the coffee shop that stood out.

Min Jiang Coffee Shop can be easily overlooked when passing by Air Itam Road during the night, as the over grown tree has block at least 50% of the sign board.

Min Jiang is a coffee shop in Ayer Itam Road which is located a few houses away from the Nissan showroom. There are quite a number of stalls there.

If I am not mistaken, they use garoupa meat, coat it in a delicious egg and tapioca flour mix, frying it till it is crispy on the outside like fried chicken .
The soup stock is plain and simple.

I want to try this famous Thai Tom Yam for quite sometimes, every time either already out of stock or the stall still not yet ready or the stall is not open. I always got no fate with this Thai Tom Yam.
