not considered as one of the other famous ckt stall in town but it's one of our favorites. it's hidden in the deep side of the pasar chowrasta outer coffee shop.

I ordered the duck egg CKT and was pleasantly surprised by the it. The fragrance from the duck egg and wok hei was evident, alleviating the overall enjoyment of the dish. The 2 huge prawns were fresh and cooked perfectly.

Stumbled on this Char Kuey Teow spot by chance and it was so good! It’s a hidden gem inside the Chowrasta market. The uncle and auntie were super sweet and friendly, felt really homely.

This fried kway teow stall is a hidden gem... tucked away in the last stall of an alley in the morning market... They use pork lard to create a perfectly wok-fried flavor. It's impressive...

Nice CKT hidden inside the food court area… where the famous Chowrasta Charkoaykak is at… I had difficulties finding it but you’re basically have to walk all the way to the back to find it- pass all the rest of the food vendors I like it…

Tsan Char Koay Teow @ Chowrasta The fried noodle stall is at the end of the alley. Choice of Chicken or Duck Egg. Noodles are freshly fried. Prawn are very large in size.

Great Penang Char Kway Trow. We asked for it to be fried with duck's egg. The prawns were crisp and big, and there was enough cockles to last through the whole dish. Very delicious.

Heard about this so much that I decided to try though I have a sore throat. Am very glad I did. Ordered the one with duck egg and added cockles. Yummy! Good wok hei and the duck egg really tasted better. It’s a very satisfying breakfast.

This is a review from January 2025. I first ordered a small plate of rice noodles for RM8, which was a small portion but tasted just right. The prawns were large, and the blood clams were small but fresh enough.
