Average to below average tasting Tau sa piah and really nothing to shout about. As I at first wanted to buy in some to give the family and friends, cos the place has a super high google reiview. I asked if there is a sample.

Yi Xiang is a long-established confectionery shop that's a must-visit on Penang Island. Their mung bean paste, almond cakes, and other sweets are inexpensive and delicious, making them perfect for both local consumption and as souvenirs.

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we arrived close to closing time, so they don't accept credit cards and only accept cash. This long-established store sells biscuits in a variety of flavors.
