They DO serve your order, already a plus point in Penang so that you do not have to queue, or get yelled at in Chinese.. Food is solid, not the best that I've had but definitely top tier in Penang / KL.

A bit pricey but delicious and got some unique dim sum such as truffle dim sum, bacon bbq roll, etc. Parking limited/not as easy though.
