I visited 3888 Fried Oyster at Presgrave Street Hawker Centre in December 2024, to try their famous Fried Oyster Omelette (Orh Chien). The dish featured crispy, golden edges, a gooey starch center, and juicy local mini oysters.

Ate 4 plates of oyster omelettes at reputable places across Penang in the last 2 days... 3888 Fried Oyster is the best I have eaten in the last 2 years. Very generous with oysters. They are small and sweet. Very good "wok hei".
