Wonderful service by the elderly lady managing the penang branch. It was CNY period and she was the only person running the shop. Was patient in explaining the different flavours and even gave us some sample tasting to compare.

This is the first and last time I've seen someone refer me to your store. Your lazy employee asked if I accepted e-wallet? Couldn't they just answer, "Sorry, I don't have cash or cards"? Do I have to shout "CASH OR CARD" twice like that?

Staff service is very good. Wing Heong should be great having staff like this, very helpful, giving best available option. Can do vacuum pack for longer expiry date. Dried Meat taste very nice, delicious.
