Update 15/4/2026; This is my second visit. Patrons keep coming during lunchtime. I noticed their menu, most of the à la carte dishes, are quite pricey. A small bowl of Grouper Fish fillet + minced pork, fish milk soup RM26.

I’ve passed by this restaurant many times, but this was my first time finally dining at L Kitchen. And wow!🥹🫶🏻 Everything was so delicious! Even though I picked randomly from the menu, every dish turned out to be really good.

A very nice home style zi char hidden away on Lebuh Campbell. We have been coming to Georgetown for 15 years and 13 years staying on Campbell … never noticed it Great wok Hei esp in the Sambal fried rice. Home style favourites.

We went there for lunch around 1.30pm on 1Feb26. We ordered 5 dishes and we simply love the food. The ambience is good with air-conditioned dining area. The downside is looking for a parking space.

Absolutely incredible food! The steamed fish with hor fun was awesome (enjoyed it even though I’m not a huge fish person) and the wok hei in the fried rice was also chef’s kiss. Will definitely return when I’m back in Penang next time.

Having seen good reviews of this restaurant, we decided to visit while we were in Penang. It turned out to be as described, all the food here was delicious, with nothing to complain about. The service was also good, friendly, and fast.

I stumbled upon this restaurant and the staff were incredibly friendly. Several tables of locals were dining there, so it must have a great reputation. I had both dinner and lunch there, and both were delicious! Highly recommended.
