The version here at Ah Chui had an incredible “wok hei” (pan-seared aroma) that I didn't quite expect - it was delicious. I'd come back here

My real intent of visiting Ayer Itam is for Ah Chui. Seafood is high on the agenda and fact is, they only do seafood. Don't expect pork, beef or chicken at this humble outlet.

Visit more than 3 times. My singapore friends very love the seafood here. Few things that singapore dont have. Bosses know us. Sometime we want that things will call a day before reservations.
