Evergreen Vegetarian House’s buffet-style menu offers various Asian, Malaysian, and Chinese cuisines. It is ideal to have different vegetarian foods in Penang. They serve mock meats, noodle soups, dumplings, and fried noodles.

An Auntie took us to breakfast at Evergreen Vegetarian on Jalan Cantonment. It is a general buffet self-service style place, though it does also offer ala carte dishes and bao, and there was a whole wall of mooncakes available for purchase.

Outstanding buffet, with an extensive range of veggie and vegan delights. We were able to select an array of veggies, curries and mock meat when we visited on a Sunday when it was very busy.

Highly recommend! It's buffet-style with lots of (vegan) delicious options and great prices. I went 3 times in one week. I couldn't get enough of the tempeh (of which there are a variety of dishes). The staff is also very kind.

Went there the first time and it was closed 🫩. Saw it was opened the second time we passby and decided to try again. Service was wonderful, lots of food choices available. Cash only

The vegetarian rice here is nice and tasty with reasonable price. There are variety of choices for their economy rice. They sell vegetarian curry mee, hokkien mee and bak kut tea too. Recommended to visit and have a try here.
