Coconut jelly is not hard to find in Penang but Joez is reputedly the stall which invented this dessert. Joez is the stall that popularised the dessert. The very light jiggly soft coconut jelly.

Always fantastic coconut shakes, especially the dragon fruit mix. The fresh coconut jelly is also very good 🥥
