Chettiar's Tiffin Cafe opens at 8 a.m. in Penang's Little India enclave – perfectly timed for my dosa breakfast with a side of Vadai. The dosas were crispy yet not oily, and the sambars and chutneys were delicious.

This is my go-to place. The food here is always delicious, and the idli was so soft and fresh. However, the cashier looked quite grumpy. Please welcome your customers warmly and smile a little — it makes the experience even better !!

I really love Chettiar's Tiffin Café. I’ve been coming here since 2019 until now, and the food quality has been consistently amazing. The price is a bit expensive, but the taste and quality fully justify it.

Been here a few times in the past. Recently went there again with friends after work for our dinner. We ordered different menu to get a taste of one another's food. The nice ones: Chicken Kothu Paratha, Masala Dosai, Poori Set and Capathi.

One of the worst restaurant.. Worst staff and worst serving..All the food was served cold..the mutton curry had way too much salt.. and the vadai tasted like it came straight out of the fridge..
