Ambience is just fine... But the nyonya food cooking isn't up to our expectation...really let us down for the price we paid! The 4-coloured rice I ordered was quite hard & dry!!

Tucked in the heart of George Town, Bibik’s Kitchen delivered a wonderful authentic Nyonya cuisine experience. The dishes were rich in traditional Peranakan flavours — fragrant, well-spiced, and full of that classic Nyonya soul.

Mixed feelings about this place cos the food is really delightful and done so well. But the wait is insane. We loved the kerabu and cincalok pork. The assam prawn was severely overcooked but the marinade was crazy good.

We ordered asam prawn, rendang chicken, lemongrass rice, and passion fruit soda. The rendang chicken was pretty good. The lemongrass rice had a nice aroma. The passion fruit soda was refreshing on a hot day.

I ate there during the Lunar New Year. The ambiance felt like a home-cooked banquet. The owner was polite, but the service process and arrangements were clunky in many ways.
